Doodling, the spontaneous act of drawing, typically in the margins of whatever one is really supposed to be working on — is more than a humble distraction. While doodling gets a bad rap, it’s actually associated with better learning, creativity and performance. Here are three benefits of doodling:

– Helps you concentrate

– Helps to keep you in the present moment

– Helps you generate ideas

Overall doodling provides an outlet for everyday creativity.

This workshop is a guided doodle using a journaling method which you can continue.

February – Thurs 2nd

March – Thurs 30th

Tea/coffee and cake provided.
