If you are interested
in the best of British crafts then a visit to World
of Wood is well worth it. We pride ourselves on having an
extensive range
of the finest wooden crafts on the South Coast. We also make
our own range
of wooden educational jigsaws, names and other teaching
aids. |
|

| |
With over 35 suppliers of various wooden crafts we are sure
there will be
something to interest everybody, whatever their age or
interests.
The majority of the items on display are one-offs, made by
our talented
suppliers, who are both local makers and from all over the
British Isles.
We would recommend that you make regular visits to the shop,
as on every
visit you will find something different to see. This is
because we visit
local and national craft fairs to find new and unusual
crafts. Also our
local suppliers come to us with their latest creations.

Eddie has
been involved in wooden crafts for over 20 years, and was a
regular feature of crafts fairs across the south. He managed
the World of
Wood shop at Bosham for 5 years before January 1999 when the
Mundy family
took over the running of the shop. Eddie can now be seen
working on his
1920's Hobbies treadle fretsaw most days; Adrian produces
decorative
finishes in various mediums on wood, and is learning the art
of
woodturning; and Shirley uses beads, in various ways, to
decorate her work. |
